Custom Fragrances
If you're interested in a custom fragrance, please send an e-mail to info@miadroi.com with the name of the fragrance, or if you don't have a record of the name, where you got the sample. If you would like a custom fragrance made for you, we can do that as well. Send an e-mail to info@miadroi.com to set up a overview.
Shipping
Shipping is done via UPS Ground and is currently Free during our special promotion period. Shipping usually takes 3-5 days, however dependent upon availibility of the fragrance ordered time until shipment can be up to 2 weeks due to the rare quality ingredients used in the fragrances and small batches made. At time or order, you will be notified when your order will be shipped.
Returns
Returns are valid for defective product, or unused product within 15 days of receipt. Returns can be sent to the address above. Please notify us of your intent to return at the e-mail above.
